Scandic Oaza Spa
Gdynia
At a glance
Scandic Oaza Spa is a treatment-focused wellness venue located within Hotel Scandic at Podwale Grodzkie 9 in central Gdańsk. It combines relaxing spa services with manual therapies designed to support physical comfort, mobility and general wellbeing. The atmosphere is intended to be calm and restorative, with an emphasis on individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment menu.
The offer includes classic and oriental massages using natural oils, along with spa rituals, body-care treatments and sauna sessions. Reflexotherapy and approaches associated with traditional Chinese medicine add a broader wellbeing dimension. Ayurveda is also part of the venue’s wider holistic approach. Treatments are presented as ways to encourage relaxation, restore energy and support the body’s natural balance.
Scandic Oaza Spa also provides osteopathy, chiropractic care and other forms of manual therapy. These services focus on the spine, joints and movement-related concerns, with treatment adapted to the needs of each guest. The venue’s character therefore sits between a conventional day spa and a manual therapy practice, making it relevant both for relaxation and for guests seeking targeted support for physical discomfort.
The setting inside a city-centre hotel makes the spa suitable for a quiet pause during a stay in Gdańsk, as well as for local appointments. Visitors travelling from Gdynia can consider it for a city-centre wellness visit without leaving the Tricity area. The treatment range suits individuals looking for massage, restorative rituals, sauna time or a more therapeutic appointment with a manual therapy specialist.
Scandic Oaza Spa is not presented as a restaurant or café, so its focus is on treatments, therapies and personal wellbeing rather than food. The venue’s boutique character comes from its specialised service range and its emphasis on attentive, individually adapted care. Appointments cover both short relaxation sessions and more considered therapeutic work, depending on the selected service.
