Grano Residence Fit & Wellness by Downtown Apartments

Grano Residence Fit & Wellness by Downtown Apartments is an apartment-style accommodation at Pszenna 5 on Wyspa Spichrzów, the Granary Island area of central Gdańsk. Its setting combines the historic character of the island with the newer architecture that has reshaped this part of the city. The result is a residential base for visitors who prefer the independence and privacy of an apartment stay over a conventional hotel format.

The property sits in a part of Gdańsk known for its mix of accommodation, restaurants and cafés. Wyspa Spichrzów offers an urban atmosphere throughout the day, with waterside streets, renovated buildings and contemporary developments alongside reminders of the city’s trading past. The location also places major cultural attractions within the wider central area, including the Museum of the Second World War and the European Solidarity Centre.

The residence suits short city breaks, sightseeing trips and longer stays that benefit from a central address. It can appeal to couples, independent travellers and small groups looking for apartment accommodation close to Gdańsk’s historic centre. The Fit & Wellness name gives the property a health-conscious identity, although the accommodation’s character is best understood through its apartment format and city setting rather than as a restaurant, spa or dedicated fitness club.

Gdańsk’s central streets provide plenty of options for eating out, from established restaurants to relaxed cafés. Wyspa Spichrzów is particularly convenient for combining a self-contained stay with easy access to the city’s dining scene. The surrounding area also works well as a base for exploring on foot, with historic landmarks, museums and the riverfront all forming part of the central Gdańsk experience.

For visitors travelling from Gdynia, the residence offers a practical base for spending time in Gdańsk without staying outside the city centre. It is suited to travellers who value location, an apartment-led style and the flexibility to shape each day around museums, food, cafés and city walks.
