Instytut Genesis

Instytut Genesis is a wellness and beauty institute in Gdynia, located beside the sea and close to the Tricity Landscape Park. Its setting combines fresh coastal air with a quiet environment suited to appointments focused on skin care, movement and relaxation. The venue operates as part of Hotel Nadmorski and offers a treatment-based alternative to a traditional beauty salon or spa.

The offer covers biocosmetics, massage, physiotherapy and physical therapy. Treatments are intended to support skin condition, appearance, comfort and general physical wellbeing. The approach combines modern methods with natural ingredients, including naturally derived collagen used in selected cosmetic treatments. The institute also promotes Baltic Collagen, a collagen-based product associated with skin firming, rejuvenation and body care.

Biocosmetic appointments focus on personalised skin care using collagen-rich preparations. The treatment style is natural in character, while still drawing on professional knowledge and contemporary diagnostic methods. The range includes care designed for cosmetic, restorative and relaxing purposes, with solutions selected according to individual needs rather than presented as a single standard programme.

Physiotherapy and physical therapy provide a separate part of the offer. Consultations and treatments address the musculoskeletal system, including discomfort connected with joints and muscles, as well as feelings of heaviness or reduced ease of movement. This makes the institute suitable for people looking for support with physical comfort alongside cosmetic or relaxation treatments.

The atmosphere is shaped by the coastal location, natural materials and a health-oriented approach. The proximity of the sea adds a simple outdoor element before or after an appointment, while the treatment offer remains centred on professional care inside the institute. The overall style is calm, practical and focused on combining beauty, rehabilitation and relaxation within one venue.

Instytut Genesis suits guests seeking an individually selected treatment rather than a dining or entertainment experience. It can work for a planned massage, a cosmetic appointment, physiotherapy support or a broader programme combining several aspects of body care. Every service requires advance reservation, making prior contact an important part of arranging a visit.
