SPA w Aquapark Sopot is the wellness section of the Aquapark Sopot complex at Zamkowa Góra 5 in Sopot. Its offer centres on sauna facilities, relaxation areas and bookable SPA treatments rather than on dining. The setting suits visitors who want to combine a sauna session with time in a larger aquatic leisure venue.
The sauna area brings together several types of heat and bathing experience. The facilities include Finnish, Nordic, aroma and bio saunas, as well as a steam bath, caldarium and laconium. A Baltic sauna and a Serail bath add further variety to the circuit. The salt brine graduation tower provides a separate element within the wellness offer, while sauna ceremonies create a more structured format for selected sessions.
SPA treatments form a distinct part of the venue. Appointments can be reserved, making the space suitable both for a planned treatment and for a broader wellness visit. The programme also includes themed sauna activities, including a dedicated women’s sauna Tuesday offer. These options give the venue a varied character, with traditional sauna bathing, steam-based facilities, salt brine and treatment services presented within one complex.
The wider Aquapark includes recreational pools, a year-round outdoor pool, whirlpool areas, water slides and children’s water attractions. As a result, the SPA works well as part of a longer leisure visit, while the sauna and treatment facilities also provide a more focused wellness option. Group ticket arrangements are available within the Aquapark offer, and the venue also provides information on sauna use, ceremonies and regulations.
The style is practical and facility-led, with the emphasis on different sauna formats and treatments rather than a hotel-style retreat. The location in Sopot makes the venue a straightforward wellness stop for people staying in the Tri-City, including visitors travelling from Gdynia. A restaurant and terraces belong to the wider Aquapark offer, although the SPA itself is defined by its sauna and treatment services.
